Construction method

  1. Inspect equipment such as welding machine, electricity, and parts before installation.
  2. Check whether the pipe is damaged, and set the welding conditions.
  3. After cross-sectional chamfering of the pipe, clean any impurities with alcohol and kitchen towel.
  4. Operate clamp to check alignment and clearance.
  5. Heater is installed, pressurized and maintained for a certain time so that uniform beads are formed.

Handling Precautions
